Cancellation Policy

• 14 Days or More Before Arrival Date: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the arrival date are eligible for an 80% refund of the booking value in the original payment mode, or 100% of the booking value in the form of a future credit note.
  
  
• 7 to 14 Days Before Arrival Date: Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value or 60% of the booking value in the form of a future credit note.
  
  
• Less Than 7 Days Before Arrival Date: Cancellations requested within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
  
  
• Partially Paid Bookings: If the booking has been partially paid for, the cancellation will be deemed non-refundable.
  
  

Cancellation Fee: Please note that a cancellation fee of 20% of the booking value will be applied to all refunds processed by Joy stays. This fee covers platform charges, convenience fees, and processing charges.
